RE.7/25/24 CL24-1585 HEARING TO RESTORE ACCOUNTABILITY

Maam,

My apologies for the court reporter problems we encountered.

Given the problems we have experienced I wish to ensure the public record is clear.

Thank you for confirming our court follows the law.

Based on the 1992 Wiliams BLACK LETTER LAW ruling. We The People do not need court permission to ernpanel our Grand Jury, nor is our Court or any other branch of government allowed to interfere.

The Virginia General Assembly's failure to address this matter for 32 years does not shield improper conduct.

On July 1 and July 15, 2024 Virginia Beach authorities jailed, arrested, harassed, and used excessive force against citizens who tried to lawfully give a PRESENTMENT of court and government corruption to our Grand Jury. You can see some video at CourtOfPublicAwakening.Org - the Sheriff's department is refusing to release more video.

On July 19, 2024, I was "rough-cuffed" while being arrested tor trespassing on public property with an unlawful Administrative Directive because I was educating citizens about the power our Grand Jury has to RESTORE ACCOUNTABILITY.

As I illustrated in our 7/25/24 hearing, what we do in this life echoes through eternity.

I believe you have a duty to stop further trespasses by our authorities, especially as matters escelate.

Please Order the Virginia Beach Authorities to stand down and not interfere with our Grand Jury and the public's right to PRESENT and utilize our Grand Jury to RESTORE ACCOUNTABILITY to the people.
