Sir thank you for your covenant to faithful service,

I am writing regarding the enclosed 9/19/24 OPEN MEMO to the Virginia Legislature, which has been ignored. This silence signals complicity and points to collusion between the legislative and judicial
branches, enabling ongoing violations.

On 5/22/24, you signed a joint letter to President Biden opposing federal constitutional overreach, defending our inalienable rights to Life, Liberty, Happiness. I now urge you to uphold those principles in Virginia.

You have authority over the State Police, who can investigate the actions of Virginia Beach's unelected Sheriff Holcomb for abusing his power, denying citizens Rule of Law grand jury oversight, and First
